Description: The Fortuna Creeks Project is an extra-curricular stream monitoring and restoration club at Fortuna High School. Students collect water quality data from three tributaries of the Eel River as well as the river itself. Students clean up trash, plant native riparian vegetation, and perform habitat assessments.
