Mission Statement: The Center for Development of Recycling (CDR) operates Santa Clara County's recycling hotline at 800-533-8414. It creates and shares information about integrated waste management throughout the 16 jurisdictions of Santa Clara County. CDR's database, the Recyclopedia, contains information about recycling, reuse, and resale centers in the South bay CDR also houses a reference library which contains information about recycling programs within the county and city, a recycled-content products directory, and recycling curriculum.
