Mission Statement:  
A no-cost classroom interactive programs is available for 5th grade students that targets the problems and possible solutions to the pollution in our rivers, creeks and sloughs. Students will learn how their behavior at home, school and everywhere can impact our local water quality throughout Stockton. In addition, information is provided on how the storm drain system works, the water cycle, wastewater and water conservation. The 45-minute presentation includes a video, hand-out materials for students and teachers. If teachers choose not to have the in-class presentation, they can still have access to the materials and video. This educational program can help teachers meet their California State Science Standards for 5th grade. Interested teachers should call (209)937-8791 for more information.
