Description:  Program developed to: Provide outdoor experiential learning activities designed to introduce and teach concepts pertaining to environmental education; Historical information about Miwok Indians; Logging history and practices; Ue of scientific method to observe, classify, record and interpret data based on observations; Develop an appreciation for the natural environment - particularly for disadvantaged students from Central Valley schools.

Cost for programs:

Spring, 2009
5-day program: $178.50/cabin leader and student
4-day program: $163.50/cabin leader and student

Fees for Fall, 2009
5-Day Program: $178.50 per student and cabin leader
4-Day Program: $163.50 per student and cabin leader
3-Day Program: $137.50 per student and cabin leader
