Mission Statement: Bat CREW's mission is the conservation and protection of bats worldwide, and their habitats; the rescue and rehabilitation of local orphaned and injured bats; and when needed, lifetime sanctuary for bats unable to be returned to the wild.

Our objective is to raise public consciousness by education (specializing in children) about the positive ecological impact bats have on our environment, with special emphasis on the Bats of California.

Bat CREW offers programs that include a video or slide presentation and introduces live ambassador bats to the audience. Our programs stress bat conservation and how to interact (hands-off respectful observation) bats and all wildlife. We discuss myth and supersticion and replace the information with fact. The programs are individually structured for the age group of the program.
