The program focuses on three strands: 1) Nature Appreciation/Awareness, 2) Cooperation/Team Building, and 3) Citizenship/Empowerment. The 4- and 5-day programs include discovery walks through old growth redwoods on Memorial County Park, the tidepools and estuary of Pescadero State Beach, and an on-site day that includes creek studies in Pescadero Creek and visits to our organic garden and non-releasable great horned owl.
