EE Program/Resource Details

Provided by:   Center for Ecosystem Survival

Description:  Adopt An Acre is one of the most successful conservation programs providing direct stewardship opportunities for the purchase and protection of threatened and endangered rainforest and ocean ecosystems. Students are provided with materials, action guides and how-to information for saving wildlife and their wild places. Schools have participated by holding read-a-thons, collecting change and donating money from extra chores around the house. Your school will receive an honorary "Deed" to the land you've saved to mark your accomplishment! Together we can save the most precious places in our world!
